Joseph's Health is actively recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well established hospital in Park Rapids, Minnesota.
This position is a full time 0.
8 FTE (32 hr / week) hybrid role.
They will provide care in both the clinic and emergency room.
Essential Areas of ResponsibilityProvide care to patients of all ages - children to geriatricsCollaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, health care personnel, and care team members for patients in the clinic, hospital and EREmploying quality and process improvement practices to make the hospital a safer place and improve patient outcomesThe ideal candidate for this position:
will have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate programboard certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicinewill have the qualification to successfully obtain an unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEAhave excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsdemonstrate the ability to work independentlydemonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing patient demographics and needsWe are especially interested in candidates that demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism, and adhere to and exhibits our core values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence and Collaboration.

We offer a robust compensation package which includes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
