Job Description Position SummaryThe primary responsibilities of the cashier position are to maintain helpful customer service, process sales quickly, accurately, efficiently and cash register operations.

S process and by mystery shop standardso Greet customers as they enter the storeo Answer phone callso Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customerso Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisementso Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registerso Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stockedo Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store managemento Solicit customers to open an Ace Rewards cardo Issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customersRequirements Minimum Requirementso Education/Training:
High School degree, some college preferredo Experience in a retail environment either in cashier, sales or back officeo A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfactiono Skills/Knowledge:
Ability to process information and/or merchandise through register systemo Ability to communicate with associates and customerso Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to learno Knowledge or retail computer systems, electron cash registers, MS Word and Excel a pluso Exceptional organization ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi-tasko Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business$13.

00Salary:
$15 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
