Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) provide Occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of the a licensed occupational therapist. COTA s help people of all ages with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments. Occupational therapy assistants use the POC to help the patient to continue to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills. An occupational therapy assistant job description includes helping clients not only to improve their basic motor functions and reasoning abilities, but also helping them to compensate for permanent loss of function. They may measure changes in the patient s performance as a result of the therapy provided.

  • Graduate of Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification in the state of MN.
  • 1-3 years COTA experience preferred.
  • Able to meet ADA requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
